Engineer Biofuel and Ash Management

Job Summary:

We are expanding our operations in the field of renewable energy with a strategic focus on Biofuel Boilers, Turbine Systems, and Ash Management Solutions. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of these projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successfu delivery of technically sound, environmentally compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement ash handling and disposal systems in compliance with environmental and operational standards.
2. Collaborate with R&D, process engineering, and sustainability teams to evaluate and select appropriate biofuel technologies and combustion systems.
3. Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelines; prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Ensure regulatory compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards relevant to biofuel and waste management.
5. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies for equipment supply, installation, and inspection processes.
6. Support the evaluation and selection of turbine systems that integrate effectively with biofuel energy generation infrastructure.
7. Ensure strict regulatory compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards related to biofuel use and ash management.
8. Conduct technical evaluations, risk assessments, and performance audits of biofuel boilers and ash management operations to ensure system reliability and sustainability.
9. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, compliance reports, and stakeholder presentations.
10. Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal auditors to ensure project transparency and conformance.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have completed Phd or M-Tech or B-Tech from IITs and must have experience in biofuel ash management.
