ENGINEER, ASSY EQUIPMENT & PROCESS

Your main responsibility in this role will be to identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related problems. You will coordinate and execute process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives and implement changes at the process step. Additionally, you will lead/participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities, as well as validate and fan out new process baseline qualified for new product introduction. You will be supporting SPC/FDC/RMS/APC, site-to-site portability, and managing/auditing material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives. Furthermore, you will support internal and external audits.
