JOB ROLE
Maintain a tracker to monitor and track customer complaints.
Understand the complaint type and segregate the complaints accordingly
Analysing the root cause of the complaint , identifying the correct work process for the rectification and finalising the material and preparation of estimate for the same.
Generate customer complaint number and update the complaint tracker with details of complaint
Obtain time lines for complaint closure . Communicate timeline of complaint closure to the customer
Coordinate with the customer department personnel to ensure closure of complaint in the tracker and obtain acknowledgement for closure of complaint
Perform a monthly analysis of the complaint tracker to
analyse the number, type and frequency of complaints received
Assess the time taken for the closure of complaints by the responsible personnel/department
Identify and obtain clarification for open complaints
Forward the monthly analysis report to the DGM-Operations for evaluation and approval
Co-ordinating all works of after sales activities
