Engineer 1, POS Services Developer

You will be part of a dynamic team at A&F Co. Bengaluru, working on Digital Engineering & Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Digital Operations to create inclusive experiences and exceptional products. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with functional business leads and technology partners to deliver top-notch customer service - Actively participating in Agile ceremonies as a part of the Scrum Team - Defining and breaking down requirements with the project team - Ensuring projects are completed to standard by working with team members, management, and product owner - Implementing rapid updates to meet changing business and marketing needs - Creating technical documentation, designing architecture, flow diagrams, and documenting technical implementation approaches - Creating and maintaining macro tech designs - Identifying risks and devising contingency plans promptly - Supporting team goals and improving development and engineering practices in a team environment - Managing the entire software life cycle from concept to release and support - Collaborating with other development teams (API, Android, Web) on architectural vision and roadmap - Continuously exploring, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to enhance development efficiency **Qualification Required:** - 3-6 years of Java/J2EE development experience - Proficiency in Java, Spring, SQL, Log4j, Web Services (SOAP/XML/REST/JSON), and Oracle/H2 databases - Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Test Driven Development, and CI/CD - Ability to collaborate across teams **Desired Skills:** - Experience with Kafka integrations - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure - Familiarity with Reactive programming - Exposure to Oracle POS (point of sale) systems - Understanding of Android SDK would be beneficial Join us at ANSR to be a part of the digital revolution and contribute to A&F Co."s global business growth.
