  • Deliver high quality customer support via phone, email ,chat and social media
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues
  • Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolving customer issues during the first contact
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction rate
  • Assist customers with RMA activities.
  • Hindi speaking is Must.

DESIRED PROFILE:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English.
  • Should have basic knowledge on Operating System (Windows & Mac)
  • Should have basic knowledge on Mobile & Tablet Storage
  • Basic knowledge on Wireless Networking and Troubleshooting Network related issues
  • Exceptional Probing Skills Good Comprehension, Listening and Communication skills
