Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform initial diagnostics on laptops to identify motherboard-related faults.
Assist in basic motherboard repair tasks like cleaning, visual inspection, and preparing devices for chip-level repair.
Support senior engineers in replacing minor components (e.g., ports, sockets, connectors).
Use tools like multimeters, soldering/desoldering equipment, and magnifiers as directed.
Maintain logs of repairs and diagnostics in the internal tracking system.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 engineers for chip-level troubleshooting.
Ensure ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards while handling hardware.
