Role Overview:
We seek a Salesforce Technical Lead with a solid background in Energy & Utilities Cloud (preferred) and/or Communications Cloud. The selected candidate will lead our Salesforce and Omnistudio development teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure delivery of scalable solutions tailored to industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce and Omnistudio solutions tailored to industry-specific requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices, design patterns and standards are followed.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage and prioritize development tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code and solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to design patterns.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce, Omnistudio, and other systems using APIs and industry-standard integration tools.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Omnistudio features, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Experience
- 7+years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, having strong knowledge on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Communication/E&U Cloud (EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, Digital Commerce, OM)
- Proven experience in leading Salesforce and Omnistudio projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Omnistudio architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omnistudio (Omniscripts, FlexCards, etc.), and Salesforce integration tools.
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, data migration, and data management best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform security, authentication mechanisms, and identity and access management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
