Energy & Utilities Technical Lead

Role Overview: You are required to be a Salesforce Technical Lead with expertise in Energy & Utilities Cloud and/or Communications Cloud. Your responsibilities will include leading Salesforce and Omnistudio development teams, offering technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of scalable solutions customized to industry requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce and Omnistudio solutions specific to industry requirements. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, design patterns, and standards. - Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Manage and prioritize development tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code and solutions. - Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and adherence to design patterns. - Implement integrations between Salesforce, Omnistudio, and other systems using APIs and industry-standard integration tools. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Omnistudio features, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency. - Mentor and coach junior developers to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, with a strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Communication/E&U Cloud (EPC, CPQ, ESM, CLM, Digital Commerce, OM). - Proven experience in leading Salesforce and Omnistudio projects from inception to completion. - Strong understanding of Salesforce and Omnistudio architecture, design patterns, and best practices. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omnistudio (Omniscripts, FlexCards, etc.), and Salesforce integration tools. - Experience with Salesforce data modeling, data migration, and data management best practices. - Familiarity with Salesforce platform security, authentication mechanisms, and identity and access management. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
