Energy Manager

This position at INDUS Towers, within the Technology & Delivery function, focuses on overseeing the storage solutions portfolio. Your responsibilities will include evaluating products and technologies, defining specifications, and performance parameters. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, OEMs, and technical experts on product discussions and new initiatives. Experience with Hybrid Solar + Storage solutions is advantageous. Your key responsibilities will involve managing Battery & Hybrid BESS Solutions Product Management, understanding customer and business needs, conducting technical evaluations, developing technical specifications, creating new product prototypes, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, documenting solution requirements, collaborating with teams and customers, and managing partnerships with OEMs/Suppliers/Partners. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in electrical/Energy/Power Systems Engineering, experience in product & solution roadmap strategy, an understanding of Technical Standards and Global Battery Technology Trends, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Business Financial Modelling. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the Li-ion Battery Domain.,
