Cybersecurity at Providence is responsible for appropriately protecting all information relating to its caregivers and affiliates, as well as protecting its confidential business information (including information relating to its caregivers, affiliates, and patients)
- Manage endpoint onboarding/offboarding (agent install, de-registration, compliance checks).
- Monitor agent coverage, connectivity, and update compliance across enterprise endpoints.
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint platform/agent failures.
- Perform health audits, patch compliance checks, and version upgrades.
- Provide feedback from daily operations to engineering for product improvement.
- Maintain stability and performance of endpoint security tools across multiple OS platforms.
- Execute BAU requests for endpoint security provisioning and decommissioning.
- Track health metrics, dashboards, and compliance posture for endpoint security.
- Analyze recurring issues and ensure corrective measures are applied.
- Conduct regular hygiene activities such as agent audits and patch validations.
- Ensure endpoint tools are continuously aligned with enterprise standards.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security operations and administration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting endpoint agent and platform issues.
- Familiarity with monitoring, patch compliance, and endpoint telemetry tools.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and IT operations for cross-platform coverage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft, CISSP) preferred.
