Job Description

Prepare and set up the endoscopy room, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in working order.
Assist healthcare professionals in performing endoscopic procedures by providing technical support and maintaining a sterile field.
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize endoscopy equipment, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
Retrieve and process specimens for laboratory analysis, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including documentation of procedures performed, patient vitals, and any complications or adverse events.
Assist with patient positioning and comfort during endoscopic procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Monitor patients during procedures, promptly reporting any changes in their condition to the healthcare team.
Assist with the troubleshooting and maintenance of endoscopy equipment, coordinating repairs when necessary.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
