Enamel Coating Manager Home Appliances

Job Title: Enamel Coating Manager Department: Production Location: Kundli Reports To: Plant Head / Operations Manager Salary: upto 9 LPA Job Purpose: To manage and oversee the enamel coating operations for electric water heater components, ensuring high-quality coating, efficient production processes, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all enamel coating processes (dry & wet application). Set up, operate, and maintain enamel coating equipment such as spray booths, furnaces, and curing ovens. Develop and monitor process parameters for optimal adhesion and durability of enamel coating. Ensure quality control standards are met, including thickness, gloss, and finish of enamel. Plan daily production activities to meet production targets. Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance of coating equipment. Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage. Ensure proper handling and storage of enamel powders and chemicals. Train and guide the coating team on best practices and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, EHS (Environment, Health, Safety), and factory regulations. Requirements: Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Surface Coating Technology or related field. Experience: 5–10 years in enamel coating, preferably in water heater or similar appliance industry.
