Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement employer branding strategies aligned with TA goals, including lateral and campus hiring.
  • Lead

    recruitment branding initiatives for campus hiring

    , including pre-placement engagement, digital outreach, and on-ground visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student bodies, and placement cells to enhance Cummins Indias brand presence.
  • Collaborate with TA, HR, and Communications teams to create compelling content for social media, career sites, job boards, and internal platforms.
  • Drive employer brand campaigns across digital and offline channels to attract top talent.
  • Partner with recruitment marketing teams to enhance candidate experience and drive pipeline quality.
  • Monitor and analyze branding metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners for creative execution and amplification.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor branding strategies to ensure differentiation and innovation.
  • Leverage strong professional networks within the employer branding and campus hiring ecosystem to amplify reach and visibility.
