Job Title: Employee Trainer

Location: Purasawalkam in Vepery, Chennai

Timing - Weekly : 3hrs to 4hrs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Trainer to design, deliver, and oversee effective training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support the overall growth of the company. The role involves training both technical and non-technical staff, specifically aligned to the needs of an interior & sales company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with team leads and management.
• Design and develop training modules related to:
• Soft skills (communication, client handling, time management)
• Technical skills (interior design software, project execution, site handling)
• Company policies and procedures
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Deliver group and individual training sessions using various teaching methods.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and interior design innovations to incorporate into training.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with project needs and business goals.
• Maintain training records and prepare monthly progress reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, learning specialist, or a similar role.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and e-learning platforms.
• Knowledge of interior design processes and tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• 3–5 years of training experience in design, construction, sales or related industries.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with occasional travel to project sites or other branches (if applicable).

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week
