You will be responsible for fulfilling the tactical objectives of the business through hiring and retaining employees. This includes designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy, as well as sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as databases and social media. Conducting interviews, filtering candidates for open positions, setting up interviews, and issuing relevant correspondence will also be part of your duties. As the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, you will administer HR-related documentation and ensure that the HR database is up to date, accurate, and compliant with legislation. Additionally, you will assist in the recruitment process and handle complaints and grievances as needed. You will also be required to have an MBA in Human Resource or a related field, along with knowledge of the recruitment process. Strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and basic knowledge of statutory benefits and employee policies are essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective management, as well as PC literacy (mainly MS Office), will be necessary for this role.
