Qualification Required: - Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related field. - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. - Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, creativity, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
