Position Overview

We are looking for *Emergency Response Officers (EROs)* to join our 108 Call Center team. The role involves handling emergency calls, assessing the situation, and coordinating with ambulance and field teams to ensure rapid medical assistance.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Answer emergency calls received on the 108 helpline.

* Collect accurate information about the incident location and emergency type.

* Prioritize and dispatch the nearest available ambulance.

* Provide necessary pre-arrival instructions and emotional support to callers.

* Coordinate with field teams, hospitals, and district control rooms.

* Maintain accurate call records and case data in the system.

* Escalate critical cases to shift in-charge/supervisors as required.

*Qualification & Skills*

* *Educational Qualification:* Any *Graduate / Diploma holder* (Preference for Life Sciences, Nursing, or Paramedical background).

* *Language Proficiency:* Must be fluent in *English and Malayalam* (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).

* Strong communication and listening skills.

* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle emotional situations calmly.

* Basic computer and typing skills are essential.

* Prior experience in a call center or healthcare environment will be an added benefit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
