Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage emergency department operations, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
Supervise junior doctors, nurses, and other staff members to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for emergency medicine services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Medical-MS/MD or DNB/DM in Emergency Medicine preferred but not mandatory.
1-6 years of experience working as an Emergency Head or similar role.
