Work Location

Hub: VijayawadaDaily Travel: Assigned schools across entire Andhra PradeshTravel distances: Often 100 km+ per day (company will cover travel costs)Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM at school locations (return to hub in evening)5.

Eligibility

B.Tech/B.E in ECE or EEE2023 & 2024 pass-outsStrong foundation in:Embedded SystemsArduino, IoT, RoboticsSensors, Motor Drivers, ActuatorsCommon sense + problem-solving skills are mandatoryHigh commitment to work – only long-term employees requiredPhysically and mentally prepared for daily travel & full-day teaching6.

Skills Required

Embedded Systems knowledge (Arduino, NodeMCU, sensors, motor drivers, etc.)Robotics and IoT project buildingBasic electronics troubleshooting (breadboard, wiring, soldering)Teaching & communication skills (to explain projects in schools)Team handling & student interactionStrict time discipline & responsibility7.

Responsibilities

Conduct technical training classes for students in schoolsGuide students in innovative robotics and embedded projectsPrepare project documentation, presentations, and demosVisit schools daily, manage classes, and deliver training on timeHandle student doubts and ensure no pending tasksMaintain discipline and professionalism in every school visitReport progress and feedback regularly to the company8.

Work Policy

Work commitment is mandatory – no silly excusesZero pending work – tasks must be completed within the given timeDiscipline is priority:1st warning – on negative feedback2nd warning – strict action3rd strike – removal from the role9.

Salary & Benefits
