Embedded Systems Engineer/Requirement Engineer

Nature of Experience:

• Hands-on experience in Requirement Engineering, traceability, elicitation using tools such as IBM DOORs
• Creation of System Architecture and link with Software and Hardware Architecture using IBM Rhapsody, Visio, State Machine diagrams, flowcharts, UML sequence Diagrams
• Hands-on experience in working with cross functional teams to deliver DFMEA & DVPR
• Knowledge of Diagnostics, CAN link protocol & standards
• Exposure to interpretation of Indian and International automotive regulations in regards to system specifications
• Good command on MS Office applications.
• Good understanding of embedded electronics and software basic architectures preferably with respect to vehicle access products such as immobilizer, remote keys, body control modules, electronic steering lock, handle lock, wireless systems etc.
• Awareness of Functional Safety and Cyber Security requirements is preferred

• Indian OEMS preferrable-2 wheelers OEM’s.

• Strong Communication skills (Oral and written)
• Good Skills in connecting to Cross function team & work as team player.
• Experience in Designing and integrating wireless systems using BLE and NFC technologies, including hardware and software component
• Deep understanding of BLE and NFC protocols, including their functionalities, limitations, and communication methods.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform high level analysis of system requirements gathering.
• Extracting CRS (Customer requirement specification) to SRS (System requirement specification)
• Create RTS (Review of Technical Specifications), DVP compliance and facilitate sign-off from customer
• Define the system structure, interfaces and associated derived requirements to produce a solution that can be implemented
• Participates in system testing along with System test team & cross check is function matches with System specifications & report them to Lead reporting system engineer.
• To collaborate with Customer/ stakeholders, perform requirement analysis, ensure completeness, consistency, traceability in line with the requirement management plan
• Ensure the overall coherence of system functional, performance and physical characteristics throughout its lifecycle
• Participate with reporting manager in RFQ meetings to gather guidelines given on requirements & Follow CFT team for Data collection.
• Documentation and ensure appropriate technical review with manager.
• Maintaining of Documents in Portal, project folders,
• Supports in Vehicle level testing verification along with Test engineers.
