Company- IT Global MNC Location - Pune Experience - 15 + yrs Notice Period- Immediate/30 days joiners Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Delivery Manager Automotive Embedded, located in Pune . The Delivery Manager will oversee daily program management tasks, coordinate teams, ensure project deliverables, and provide consulting support. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, delivering strategic solutions, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Overall 15+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded SW development or V&V domain Min 5+ years of experience in managing the deliveries for Automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers across different geographies Strong expertise in different areas of Automotive V cycle such as Requirement development, embedded SW design and Development, Model Based Development, MIL, SIL, HIL Validation etc. Strong knowledge in project management activities such as people management, finance management, client relationship management, writing technical proposals based on RFQs received from client. Strong knowledge in Agile project methodologies Good to have: ASPICE standard, AUTOSAR based SW development Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in electronic, Electrical or Computers from accredited institution Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
