1. Embedded C Programming

   :
   • Develop and maintain embedded software using

     C programming

     for 16/32-bit microcontrollers like

     STM32

     and

     SOCs

     (System on Chips) such as

     ITE

     or similar platforms[1][3].
   • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for low-level system functionalities like device drivers and firmware[1][3].

2. RTOS and Embedded Linux

   :
   • Work with

     Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)

     such as

     FreeRTOS

     or

     Zephyr

     to manage real-time tasks and ensure system responsiveness
   • Experience with

     Embedded Linux

     is a plus, especially for developing applications for consumer electronics

3. Hardware Integration

   :
   • Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate software with hardware components, ensuring smooth operation of embedded systems[
   • Debug hardware-related issues using tools like

     JTAG debuggers

     ,

     oscilloscopes

     , and

     CAN analyzers

     .

4. Device Drivers & Firmware Development

   :
   • Develop and optimize device drivers for peripherals such as

     USB

     ,

     I2C

     ,

     SPI

     ,

     GPIO

     , and

     UART

   • Work on firmware development for embedded systems, ensuring reliability and performance across different hardware platforms.

5. Communication Protocols

   :
   • Implement and maintain communication protocols such as

     BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy)

     ,

     CAN

     , and

     Ethernet

   • Ensure robust communication between embedded systems and external devices or networks[3].

6. Collaboration & Testing

   :
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and QA teams, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
   • Perform unit testing and participate in system integration testing to ensure software meets product requirements.

• Software Skills : C, Embedded C,
• Embedded software experience with the 16/32 bit micro controllers like STM32 and SOCs like ITE or any other.
• Familiar with IDEs : Visual Studio Code.
• Experience in RTOSs : FreeRTOS, Zephyr.
• Experience in Embedded Linux.

• A

  rchitectures : 8051, ARM, AVR, Panasonic, Renesas
• Communication : USB, Ethernet, BLE, CAN, I2C, SPI, UART
• Product preferences : Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Air conditioners
• Working experience in CMSIS supported platforms is added advantage.
• Hardware Debugging Expertise using Emulator, CAN Analyzer, Ethernet, JTAG, Oscilloscope etc.
