Embedded Hardware Design Engineer

1. Hardware Design and Development:

• Design and develop embedded hardware circuits for IoT and automation solutions.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout design using tools like Altium, Eagle, or KiCAD.

2. Prototyping and Testing:

• Develop and test prototypes to validate design functionality.
• Conduct signal integrity, thermal, and reliability analysis.

3. Component Selection and BOM Creation:

• Select suitable components based on performance, cost, and availability.
• Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for all designs.

4. Design Validation:

• Perform validation of hardware through testing and debugging.
• Work with firmware teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.

5. Documentation:

• Prepare detailed design documents, test reports, and user manuals.
• Maintain records of design iterations and testing procedures.

6. Collaboration:

• Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and assembly vendors for production.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software and cloud engineers.
