Embedded Firmware Engineer

As a Firmware Engineer at Spicules, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and documenting production-quality firmware for embedded products. You will play a crucial role in breaking down product requirements into firmware requirements and taking complete ownership of the modules. Additionally, you will actively participate in Agile Development Planning to ensure efficient project execution. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-3 years of experience in developing firmware for microcontrollers. Proficiency in C and C++ programming in an embedded environment is a must. Experience in writing RTOS or Bare Metal firmware, as well as strong firmware and hardware debugging skills, are highly desirable. You should also possess the ability to troubleshoot FW & HW issues using tools like Multimeter and Oscilloscope. Hands-on experience in I2C, SPI, USB, UART, WiFi, and BLE is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, and experience working in an agile team is a plus. To qualify for this role, you should hold a minimum education of BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering and have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
