Embedded Engineer

Summary

We are seeking Embedded Engineer with SoC and/or FPGA experience to join our MedTech R&D team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of SoC/FPGA-based solutions for next-generation smart medical imaging devices. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. 23 years of experience in FPGA-based solutions. Past experience in Medical Electronics and medical Imaging is a plus. And/Or
• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering/Embedded Systems/Biomedical Engineering with Medical Electronics Major with relevant project experience in FPGA based solutions. Past experience in Medical Electronics and Medical Imaging is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Good Experience in Circuit Designing platforms (Kicad, Altium).
• Foundational Knowledge in digital signal processing (DSP), including filtering, spectral analysis, and data compression.
• Proficiency in FPGA design, synthesis, and implementation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA design tools (e.g., Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus).
• Familiarity with HDL languages (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog).
• Experience with embedded systems (microcontrollers, ARM SoCs, RTOS).
• Knowledge of simulation and verification tools (ModelSim, QuestaSim, etc.).
• Familiarity with communication protocols (SPI, IC, UART, AXI, Ethernet).
• Experience with debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers).
• Exposure to scripting and high-level programming languages (Python, C/C++, MATLAB, TCL) for prototyping and automation.
