Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy including automation and simulation across platforms.
Lead, mentor, and manage multiple test teams to deliver high-quality test services.
Drive test innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement in alignment with customer needs.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, manage testing budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation or related field.
15+ years of experience in system testing or development, preferably in large-scale environments.
Expertise in control systems, safety systems, and legacy system migration.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA/Xray and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
