Job Description

You will be responsible for: - Handling customer queries and concerns through email with professionalism and accuracy. - Maintaining high-quality responses adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). - Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. - Maintaining documentation and records of communication. - Ensuring timely and grammatically correct responses. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any field or 3-year diploma after 12th. - Fresher or experienced candidates from call centre, telecom, or banking backgrounds. Additional Details: The job type is full-time with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule may include day shift or rotational shift. There is also a performance bonus provided. Please Note: - Education requirement: Secondary (10th Pass). - Experience in various aspects related to communication, typing speed, email writing, computer knowledge, proficiency in Hindi & English, BPO, call center, telecom, banking domain, rotational shifts, handling customer queries via email, customer service orientation, attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is preferred. - Language proficiency in English and Hindi is required. - Work location is in person.,
