Job Title: Email Marketing & Lead Generation Trainee Location: Panchkula Job Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher only Job Summary: We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Generation Trainee to join our B2B marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital outreach and lead generation, with a strong interest in building relationships with business decision-makers through targeted email campaigns and strategic prospecting. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute B2B email campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture prospects. Research and identify key decision-makers and target companies using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha and other B2B tools. Build and maintain accurate and segmented lead databases. Write personalized and persuasive email sequences tailored to specific industries and roles. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, response rates, lead conversion). A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversion. Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align outreach strategies with lead quality goals. Maintain compliance with email regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing is a plus. Strong verbal & written communication skills. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha or similar prospecting tools is a plus. Proficiency of using AI. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced B2B environment. Nice to Have: Experience in outbound lead generation or cold email marketing. Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and sales funnel. Knowledge of SaaS or service-based business models.
