Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and creative

Email Marketing Specialist

to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will manage the end-to-end process of email creation, deployment, performance tracking, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, events, and customer journeys.
• Segment email lists and personalize messaging based on customer data and behavior.
• Optimize email content for deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates (CTRs).
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, send times, copy, and CTAs.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to align email efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable email marketing regulations.
• Monitor and report on email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, etc.).
• Manage and maintain email marketing tools/platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and current trends.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
• Excellent written communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of segmentation, automation, and CRM integration.
