Email Marketing Executive

You will play a crucial role in crafting compelling email campaigns aimed at engaging both authors and readers. Your responsibilities will include developing informative and captivating email content aligned with our brand's voice. You will collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and refine email marketing strategies to ensure targeted and effective content. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance, make recommendations for content improvements, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all email communications. To be the perfect candidate for this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience as an email marketer or copywriter, preferably in the publishing or related industries. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential, along with experience using email marketing tools and platforms like Mailchimp, Customer.io, or Marketo. A solid understanding of email marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, is required. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. Creative and analytical skills, along with strong project management abilities, will be crucial for success in this role.
