Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that engage our audience, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging subject lines, email content, and visuals in coordination with the design/content team.
• Segment mailing lists and manage subscriber databases.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics.
• Ensure email templates are mobile-friendly, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage automation workflows (welcome series, drip campaigns, re-engagement).
• Maintain compliance with data protection and email marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of campaign tracking/reporting.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,230.00 - ₹33,517.67 per month
