Email Marketing Executive

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to support lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness.
• Create and manage email campaigns including promotional emails, newsletters, drip campaigns, and transactional emails.
• Build email lists and segment audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.
• Write engaging copy and collaborate with design for visually appealing emails.
• Set up and optimize email automation workflows (e.g., onboarding, cart abandonment).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, product, and sales teams to align messaging and timing.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with email performance metrics and reporting tools.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with data privacy and email compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM platforms and customer journey mapping.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and segmentation tools.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and integrated digital marketing strategies.
