Duties

• Conduct customer segmentation to tailor marketing messages for different audience groups.
• Utilize CSS to enhance the design and functionality of marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance through analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Implement testing strategies to optimize marketing efforts across various channels.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing, with proficiency in tools such as Pardot and Mailchimp.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation techniques and their application in marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with CSS for creating visually appealing content is preferred.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content creation.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SQL is advantageous for data management tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
