Customer Service Executive (Email & Chat Process)

Location: Andheri – Chandivali

Immediate Joiners Only
Eligibility:

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Service/Email/Chat

Shift & Working Days:

• Domestic Process – 10 hours fixed shift (8 AM – 8 PM, any 10 hours)
• 5 days working with 2 rotational offs

Salary:

• 21,000 To 28000 in-hand

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer queries via Email & Chat
• Provide accurate information on products and services
• Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
