1 Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns and communications.
2 Create compelling email content tailored to different audience segments, including candidates, clients, and internal teams.
3 Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to align email campaigns with overall company objectives.
4 Monitor and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns.
5 Maintain and update the email database, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
6 Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
7 Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve email strategies.
8 Handle troubleshooting of any issues related to email campaigns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
9 Prepare regular reports on email campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
