Email Campaign Manager

As an Email Campaign Manager at Infosys BPM, you will be an integral part of the campaign management support department. Your primary responsibility will be to support end-to-end campaign execution, including managing existing campaigns, setting up new campaigns, selecting data, rolling out campaigns (excluding creatives), and tabulating results of marketing strategies across email channels. You should have a strong passion for email campaigns marketing and be able to build, launch, manage campaigns, and optimize performance. In this role, you will work closely with an experienced email marketing team to develop insights from complex data sets, communicate those insights internally and to clients, define and create target audiences using SQL queries, optimize email campaigns across platforms, and collaborate with the wider team to ensure optimal allocation across channels. You will also compile performance reports, ensure data integrity and accuracy, and provide actionable insights. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys, as well as experience with Oracle Unity CDP implementation, Oracle Infinity IQ, hyper-personalization, and A/B testing campaigns. Proficiency in writing complex queries, using advanced PL/SQL concepts, and performance tuning is essential. Additionally, you should have a high proficiency with Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables and data analysis. You are expected to be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and in presentations. Your ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively will be crucial in this role. You will work closely within the email team and cross-channel with experts in digital marketing departments, such as accounts management, planning, and creative.
