Role Overview: As an Email and Chat - semi voice representative, your main responsibility will be handling customer inquiries and requests through email and live chat channels. You will primarily use written communication, but may also be required to handle some voice calls for escalated issues or specific tasks. Your focus will be on providing top-notch support and assistance to customers through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information through email and chat support. - Handle customer interactions over the phone, especially for more complex issues or as required. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and reported issues. - Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate channels. - Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times. Qualification Required: - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly. - Prior experience in customer service would be a plus.
