Elevator Technician – ITI Fresher

Department: Maintenance / ServiceReporting To: Senior Technician / Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for ITI (Electrical / Mechanical) freshers to join our team as Elevator Technicians. The candidate will assist senior technicians in maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevators and escalators while learning the technical skills required for independent field work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in routine preventive maintenance (PPM) and breakdown service calls.
• Help in checking electrical wiring, control panels, sensors, and safety devices.
• Maintain proper records of service and maintenance work.
• Learn to identify and report faults in elevator systems.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards at site.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work area.
• Attend technical and safety training sessions conducted by the company.

Qualifications:

• ITI in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related trade.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and mechanical components.
• Willingness to work at heights and in field conditions.

Skills & Attributes:

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Strong interest in the elevator/escalator industry.
• Discipline and punctuality in following work schedules.

Experience:

• Fresher (0–1 year experience) – on-the-job training will be provided.

Salary:

• As per industry standards for ITI fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
