Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Elevator Technical Manager - Electrical. The Elevator Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical support, managing teams, conducting research and development, and handling project management tasks. Day-to-day duties include troubleshooting technical issues, guiding team members, innovating new solutions, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Experience in Team Management and the ability to guide and mentor team members
• Proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting electrical systems
• Background in Research and Development (R&D) for innovative solutions
• Skilled in Project Management to oversee and execute elevator-related projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the elevator or escalator industry is a plus
