Electronic Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and fix malfunctions in electronic systems and components, often involving soldering and component-level replacement.
• Installation & Setup: Assemble, install, and configure new electronic equipment and systems according to specifications.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks, cleaning, and servicing to ensure peak performance.
• Testing & Calibration: Use test instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters) to verify functionality and calibrate systems.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers and operators to resolve complex issues and provide updates.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and ESD (electrostatic discharge) protocols.

Essential Skills & Tools:

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronics, reading schematics/blueprints, soldering, diagnosing hardware/software.
• Tools: Hand tools, diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, etc.), soldering irons, potentially specialized software.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, manual dexterity, ability to work independently and in a team.

Typical Environment:

• May involve working with computers, industrial machines, medical devices, or communication systems, sometimes requiring work in confined spaces or varied temperatures.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
