We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Engineer to join our team in Silvassa. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and testing industrial electronic systems including AC drives, DC drives, HMIs, PLCs, and power supply units at the component level. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose faults and perform component-level repairs on AC Drives, DC Drives, HMIs, PLCs, and Power Supply Systems. Conduct testing and verification of repaired units to ensure performance, reliability, and safety. Work with leading brands such as Siemens, Lenze, Parker, Fuji, Baldor, Rexroth, and Bonfiglioli . Maintain detailed repair records, test reports, and documentation. Follow quality control and safety standards during all repair operations. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify recurring issues and suggest technical improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field). Strong understanding of power electronics, industrial automation systems, and control circuits . Skilled in soldering, PCB diagnostics, and component-level troubleshooting . Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals . Prior experience with industrial automation brands such as Siemens, Lenze, Parker, Fuji, Baldor, Rexroth, and Bonfiglioli preferred. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Preferred: Experience in a repair/service center environment.
