We are looking for a skilled Ops Support Expert with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Amazon Development Centre (India) Pvt. Ltd., responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer fulfillment.
Provide expert guidance on NACF operations, including order processing and fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Strong knowledge of NACF operations, including PPT and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience working with North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF) is an added advantage.
