1. PCB Hardware Design: Product specific schematic design, Automotive-Compliant child Part Selection, Designing Review, optimization, and simulation of circuits.
2. Tracing, Testing and Designing of Circuit Schematics and Multi-layer PCB Boards using ALTIUM DXP, ALTIUM DESIGNER 10 & ORCAD.
3. Leading a team of PCB Designers & Hardware engineers, managing their tasks, solving roadblocks during development & taking accountability for product design & development.
4. Basic understanding of Automotive safety standard (ISO26262) for ASIL-B product development.
5. Software Knowledge on Freescale (NXP), Atmel and Microchip microcontroller is using Embedded C language, Code Warrior.
6. Interfacing of Sensors, Analog signals, Digital signals, Switches, LCD, Keypad, seven segment display, timer, and interrupts, UART, USB, I2C, SPI, LIN.
7. EMC/EMI test plan preparation & improvements of products for design finalization as per Validation standards of CISPR-25, ISO-7637.
8. Basic Knowledge about EV Sub-systems and their controllers functionalities such as Battery Management system, Motor-Inverter system, Charging management system.
9. Experience in Reverse engineering / Bench Marking techniques of PCB assemblies and controllers.
10. Basic knowledge of Manufacturing-Focused Design, SMT processs and Through Hole Technology assembly , ICT testing, Wave soldering, AOI process and further.
