Job Description: You will be a B.E Mechanical / Electrical professional with 7-9 years of experience in the switchgear industry focusing on the design and development of products. Your proficiency in creo and PDM will be essential as you demonstrate solid modeling, plastics & sheet metal design, and drawing creation. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing mechanical design calculations, verifying designs/drawings/Bill of Material to ensure they meet the design requirements. Your experience in New Product Development projects will be beneficial for this role. Knowledge of testing switchgear products, electrical circuits, FEA / Electro-magnetic analysis, GD&T, ANSI/ASME standards, UL, IEC standards, and project management tools like Jira and project planner will be advantageous. Your good interpersonal skills and excellent written & verbal communication skills will also play a key role in this position.
