Electrician

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary role will involve responding to and attending to guest repair requests promptly. You will be responsible for effectively communicating with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues and performing preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room equipment. This includes tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines. Your duties will also involve identifying, locating, and operating all shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs for buildings. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed - Communicate daily activities and any problems to other shifts using approved communication programs and standards - Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in various categories such as air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and energy conservation - Perform tasks including surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement, and thorough cleanup of the work area - Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on equipment, plumbing, electrical components, and other guestroom items - Program TVs, perform general housekeeping, and handle engineering-related inventory duties - Use the Lockout/Tagout system before conducting any maintenance work - Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping and external landscaping sprinklers - Demonstrate basic computer skills for tasks like inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes - Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report any maintenance problems or safety hazards, and complete safety training - Ensure your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets - Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guest service needs, and maintain quality expectations and standards Qualifications Required: - Candidate education should be ITI or Diploma in Electrician with 3-4 years of experience - Full-time job type Please note that food will be provided, and the work location is in person.,
