Job Description

As an Electrician at our power plant facility, your role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power generation and distribution systems. You will be responsible for: - Installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and components such as motors, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, lighting systems, wiring, and control systems. - Performing routine preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. - Troubleshooting electrical faults and conducting root cause analysis on system failures. - Reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. - Operating and maintaining electrical testing instruments like multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters, and thermal cameras. - Ensuring compliance with national and local electrical codes and plant safety regulations. - Supporting plant shutdowns, start-ups, and emergency repairs when necessary. - Maintaining accurate records of work done, including maintenance logs and service reports. - Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems or equipment. - Collaborating with mechanical and instrumentation teams for integrated system operations. In addition to the outlined responsibilities, you will work on a full-time, permanent basis at our facility. The work location is in person, where you will actively contribute to the efficient and safe operation of our power plant facility.,
