Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults efficiently
Maintain lighting systems, panels, wiring, and equipment
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations
Respond to breakdowns and emergency calls
Maintain records of maintenance activities

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
5–6 years of Facility Management experience
Proven experience as an Electrician
Good knowledge of electrical systems and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Experience in commercial or residential buildings
Strong troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge of other MEP systems is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹41,900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
