Electrician/ Electrical Technician & Mechanical Fitter- Plastic/ Polymer Company

• Knowledge in Twin Screw Extruder Process (Steer, Coperion, and Bestroff) will be added advantage.
• Extruder machine Gearbox maintenance
• Responsibilities for Erection and commissioning of twin screw extruder machines and maintenance of machines for both mechanical and electrical during breakdown at shortest time.
• Installation & commissioning of Machines
• Breakdown Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance Planning
• Working knowledge of Electrical & Electronic Systems, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
• Working knowledge in Ac & Dc Servo motors
• Overall responsibility for Plant maintenance & planning of maintenance activities.
• Mechanical Maintenance knowledge on Twin Screw Extruder machines (Farrel, Steer, Coperion and Bestroff) will be added advantage.
• Operation, maintenance & troubleshooting in Extruder machines maintenance
• Extruder Machine Gearbox maintenance and responsibility for Utility Equipment Maintenance
• Overseeing the planning of all mechanical maintenance activities, preventive, predictive, breakdown maintenance, project work, improvement and development of machine

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Electrical : 3 years (Preferred)

• ITI- Electrical & ITI- Fitter (Preferred)
