Electrical Mechanical Engineer/ Technician

• Knowledge in Twin Screw Extruder Process (Steer, Coperion, and Bestroff) will be added advantage.
• Extruder machine Gearbox maintenance
• Responsibilities for Erection and commissioning of twin screw extruder machines and maintenance of machines for both mechanical and electrical during breakdown at shortest time.
• Installation & commissioning of Machines
• Breakdown Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance Planning
• Working knowledge of Electrical & Electronic Systems, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
• Working knowledge in Ac & Dc Servo motors
• Overall responsibility for Plant maintenance & planning of maintenance activities.
• Knowledge about operation, maintenance & troubleshooting in Extruder machines Berstorff 75 Extruder, Steer OMEGA 25 A,OMEGA 25 B,OMEGA 30 A,OMEGA 30 B, OMEGA 40,OMEGA 50,OMEGA 60, Nauta mixer, High Speed Mixer, PHE, Gearboxes , K- Tron Feeders, Root blower, Conveying system tec

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
