Electrician cum Plumber

The Electrician cum Plumber will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical and plumbing systems across the hospital premises. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of troubleshooting, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the seamless operation of facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and fixtures.
• Perform plumbing-related tasks including installation and repair of pipelines, sanitary fittings, and drainage systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot faults in electrical and plumbing systems promptly.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Support emergency repair activities and coordinate with other maintenance team members as needed.
• Adhere to hospital safety, hygiene, and operational protocols at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing (or equivalent qualification).
• Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred) in electrical, plumbing and other maintenance works in hospitals, industries, or commercial establishments.
• Hands-on experience in handling electrical panels, motors, pumps, and plumbing equipment.
• Sound knowledge of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
